• Location Information: To provide the core functionality of the app, we collect your real-time geographic location data while you are participating in an event. This requires "Always Allow" location permissions on your device to ensure safety and tracking even when the app is in the background.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, such as the device model and operating system version.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Enable real-time location tracking for event organizers, volunteers, and other participants (if you opt-in).

• Ensure the safety and security of all event participants.

3. Information Sharing

Your location information may be shared with:

• Event Organizers and Volunteers: To manage event logistics and ensure rider safety.
• Other Riders: You can opt-in to share your location with other registered riders.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal and location data for the duration of the cycling event. After the event concludes, your location data will be deleted. Your account information will be retained unless you request deletion.
